Climb the steps through manicured gardens towards the house and you’re met by the imposing walls of glass and angular lines of timber that give this Ibizan holiday home its distinctive style.

The large 11m x 4m infinity pool stretches off to one side of the stairs, affording views across the surrounding countryside. Pull up a lounger here at dusk and you can enjoy the spectacular sight of the sun disappearing beyond the distant hills. There’s al-fresco dining space here for ten, under the shade of the terrace.

Inside, the sleek modernity of the exterior is realised perfectly in the interior fittings. Wide, sliding glass doors open the formal dining space, seating twelve, to the terrace, while a wide bank of u-shaped sofa seating clusters close to the glossy kitchen. Its highly polished units hide a wealth of appliances and its terrace doors open onto a palm-lined courtyard. This large, open-plan living space is ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing with family and friends.
In the basement, you’ll discover another fabulous space, perfect for entertaining. This sound-proofed area has additional sofa seating and a window that looks onto the pool at underwater level.

The bedrooms feel very spacious, with windows that maximise the wonderful views. The best vista can be enjoyed from the bathtub in the master suite. Bathe here at dusk for wonderful views towards the twinkling lights of Ibiza old town.

Each of the bedrooms is en-suite, with either a bathtub or walk-in shower. The latest technology runs throughout the house, with satellite TV in every room and terrace, security shutters, CCTV and air-conditioning throughout.
